Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the product was defective or sent in error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once a shipping label has been created or the package has been handed off to a carrier, the order cannot be canceled.
