Overview

We carefully prepare and ship your orders from our local area using trusted carriers. A small shipping & handling fee applies to each order. Pick up is available for limited occasions only (see details below).

Ship-From Carriers & Locations

We typically drop off packages at one of the following locations:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion based on service reliability and your destination. Estimated delivery windows and transit updates are provided by the selected carrier and may vary by location and season.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order is accepted and prepared, we hand it off to one of the carriers listed above.
  • A tracking number will be shared when available so you can follow the progress of your package on the carrier’s website.
  • Carrier delivery times are estimates and are outside of our direct control after drop-off.

Shipping & Handling Fees

We charge a small shipping and handling fee to cover packaging and carrier costs. Final fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Limited Pick Up

Pick up is available for limited occasions only and must be scheduled in advance. Please reach out via our Contact page to check availability and confirm a time.

Address Accuracy & Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once a label is created or the package has been dropped off.
  • If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, check with neighbors or your building management and contact the carrier with your tracking number.
